1. Nationals of Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden are not allowed to enter Turkey.
2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People’s Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea Rep., Netherlands, Norway, Spain or Sweden in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.
-This does not apply to nationals of Turkey and residents of Turkey.
3. Passengers departing from Austria, Belgium, China (People’s Rep.), Denmark, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea Rep., Netherlands, Norway, Spain or Sweden in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.
1. Nationals of China (People’s Rep.) traveling to Myanmar can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People’s Rep.) on any Chinese airline can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
3. All passengers arriving from France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Spain are subject to quarantine in isolated hospital for 14 days.
1. Nationals of China (People’s Rep.) with a passport issued in Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Province (China People’s Rep.) are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
– This does not apply to passengers who reside in Malaysia.
2. Passengers who have been in the Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces (China People’s Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
– This does not apply to nationals of Malaysia and passengers who reside in Malaysia.
3. Passengers who have been in Hokkaido in Japan in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit and enter Malaysia.
– This does not apply to nationals of Malaysia.
– This does not apply to Malaysian permanent residents, Malaysian social pass holders and Malaysian student passes holders.
4. Malaysian Permanent Residents and Pass Holders (Long Term Social Visit Pass and Student Pass) who have been to Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days must undergo health screening by the Ministry of Health (KKM).
5. Operating Airline Crew who are nationals of China (People’s Rep.), Iran, Italy and Korea (Rep,) will be subject to health screening upon arrival.

6. Nationals of Iran, Italy and Korea (Rep.) are not allowed to enter.
7. Passengers who have been in Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
– This does not apply to nationals of Malaysia.
– This does not apply to Malaysian permanent residents, Malaysian social pass holders and Malaysian student passes holders.

2. Passengers who have been in Cheongdo County or Daegu City in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.
– This does not apply to nationals of Japan;
– This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of Japan if they can prove it.
3. Passengers who have been in Gyeongsan-si, Andong-si , Yeongcheon-si, Chilgok-gun, Uiseong-gun, Seongju-gun or Gunwi-gun in Gyeongsangbuk-do in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.
-This does not apply to nationals of Japan.
-This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of Japan if they can prove it.
4. Passengers who have been in the provinces of Alborz, Gilan, Golestan, Isfahan, Lorestan, Markazi, Mazandaran, Qazvin, Qom, Semnan or Tehran in Iran in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.
– This does not apply to nationals of Japan.
– This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of Japan if they can prove it.
5. Passengers who have been in San Marino or Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont or Veneto in Italy in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.
– This does not apply to nationals of Japan.
– This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of Japan if they can prove it.
6. Nationals of China (People’s Rep.) with a passport issued in Hubei Province or Zhejiang Province (China People’s Rep.) are not allowed to enter Japan.
– This does not apply when passengers can prove that they have not been in Hubei Province and Zhejiang Province the last 14 days.
7. Passengers who were in the cruise ship ‘Westerdam’ are not allowed to enter Japan.
– This does not apply to nationals of Japan.
8. Visas issued on or before 8 March 2020 by the Embassies, Consulates-General and Consulate of Japan in China (People’s Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Korea (Rep.) are invalidated.
9. Visa exemptions for passengers with a British National (Overseas) passport, passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport, passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport and nationals of Korea (Rep.) have been suspended till 31 March 2020.
1. Passengers are required to be in home quarantine for 14 days from their date of entry. They must have an approval letter for arriving to the state of Israel, signed by the Deputy Director General of the Consular Affairs Division of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by the Population and Immigration Authority and Border Control.
– This does not apply to nationals of Israel.
– This does not apply to residents of Israel.
– This does not apply to crew members who adhere to special procedures published by Israeli Airports Authority.
– This does not apply to accredited Diplomats with a Diplomatic/Official I.D Card issued by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign affairs, stating their Diplomatic or official Status in Israel.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People’s Rep.), Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore or Thailand in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Israel.
– This does not apply to nationals of Israel.
– This does not apply to residents of Israel.
– This does not apply to accredited Diplomats with a Diplomatic/Official I.D Card issued by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign affairs, stating their Diplomatic or official Status in Israel.
– This does not apply to passengers with an approval letter signed by the Deputy Director General of the Consular Affairs Division of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by the Population and Immigration Authority and Border Control.

2. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Tehran, Qom or Gilan in Iran in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Indonesia.
– This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
3. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche or Piedmont in Italy in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Indonesia.
– This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
4. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Indonesia.
– This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
The above restrictions 1, 2, 3, 4 do not apply to the following passengers:
– passengers with a visa issued by Indonesian Embassy; or
– passengers with an Indonesian Permanent Residence Card; or
– passengers with APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) coming from China (People’s Rep.) if they can show valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. Health certificate must be in English; or
– passengers with Diplomatic Residence Permit and Official Residence Permit from China (People’s Rep.), Italy, Iran and Korea (Rep.) if they can show valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. The health certificate must be in English; or
– passengers with expired Diplomatic Residence Permit and Official Residence Permit from China (People’s Rep.), Italy, Iran and Korea (Rep.) if they can show valid Diplomat ID card or valid Identity card as employee of Foreign Representative working in Indonesia which issue by Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They must also have valid Certificate of Health free from Covid-19 from their local health authorities. The health certificate must be in English.
5. Visa Exemptions and Visa on Arrival facilities are no longer available to passengers who have been in the following areas in the past 14 days:
– China (People’s Rep.); or
– Tehran, Qom or Gilan in Iran; or
– Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche or Piedmont in Italy; or
– Daegu or Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.).
6. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in areas within Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) other than the following mentioned areas must provide a valid health certificate. The certificate must be in English and have been issued at latest 7 days prior to departure from local health authority. It should contain information of (1) fit for travel and (2) free from respiratory disease.
– Tehran, Qom or Gilan in Iran;
– Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche or Piedmont in Italy;
– Daegu or Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in Korea (Rep.).
This does not apply to nationals of Indonesia.
7. Passengers arriving from Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are required to complete a Health Alert Card (Kartu Kewaspadaan Kesehatan) issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia prior to arrival.
1. All visa and e-visa are invalidated.
– This does not apply to diplomatic, official, UN/International Organizations, employment, project visas.
– This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Passengers with an OCI card are no longer visa exempt to India.
3. Passengers who arrive from or have been in China (People’s Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain after 15 February 2020, will be quarantined for a minimum period of 14 days.
4. Nationals of Japan and Korea (Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
5. Passengers are required to fill the self-declaration form in duplicate upon arrival.
6. All passengers must go thorough medical screening upon arrival.
7. Passengers who arrive from or have been in Italy or Korea (Rep.) with a visa issued after 5 March 2020 by India are only allowed to enter if they have a health certificate of being tested negative for Coronavirus (COVID-19) from a designated laboratory authorized by the health authorities of Italy or Korea (Rep.).
1. Passengers who live in or have been in France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Spain or USA in the past 14 days arriving at Guangzhou (CAN), Shanghai (PVG), Shanghai (SHA) or Shenzhen (SZX) must undergo 14-day quarantine at home or in designated places for medical observation.
2. All passengers arriving at PEK must self-isolate for 14 days.
3. Passengers arriving from Iran, Italy, Japan or Korea (Rep.) and traveling to Beijing (PEK), Guangzhou (CAN) or Shanghai (PVG) are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
1. Passengers arriving from China (People’s Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People’s Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) with a pre-arranged visa must have a medical certificate stating that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). The certificate must be duly certified by the embassy.
– This does not apply to nationals of Bangladesh.
3. Nationals of China (Peoples’ Rep.), passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport, a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport or a Macao (SAR China) passport traveling to Bangladesh can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
4. Passengers arriving from China (People’s Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) must fill-in a Health Clearance Form provided by cabin crew.
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People’s Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit and enter Bahrain.
– This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
– This does not apply to passengers who reside in Bahrain.
– This does not apply to military personnel.
– This does not apply to passengers with a special approval from Nationality, Passport Residence Affairs Directorate of Bahrain.
– This does not apply to passengers with a valid letter of Prior Permission Granted which is presented prior to boarding.
2. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand in the past 14 days must have a valid visa prior to arrival.
– This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
– This does not apply to passengers who reside in Bahrain.
– This does not apply to passengers with a valid letter of Prior Permission Granted which is presented prior to boarding.
3. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates who have transited through or have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People’s Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom or USA will be subject to quarantine and enhanced testing procedures recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
4. Passengers who reside in Bahrain and who have transited through or have been in China (People’s Rep.), Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand will be subject to quarantine and enhanced testing procedures recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
5. Border crossing on the causeway has been temporarily suspended due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Passengers who meet one or more of the following criteria will not be permitted to enter Korea:
With effect from 12 February 2020, all passengers travelling from Hong Kong or Macao must travel with a functioning mobile phone and contactable phone number. Prior to arrival in Korea, our cabin crew will provide passengers with the required arrival documents and health declaration forms. On arrival, local Quarantine or Immigration officials will verify the passenger’s contact number as stated on these forms. If the verification process is unsuccessful, the passenger will be denied entry into Korea.
